Panasonic PX-270 vs Sony FS700R

So this is probably gonna be a crazy question...but which do you think will handle low light better: This camera (PX270)...or the Sony FS700R (specifically with the slow aperture 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 power zoom lens)?

That lens is slow so I'd imagine you'd have to crank up the ISO quite a bit even to match the levels of a 1/3" camera like the PX270. Granted, you can usually go higher with gain/ISO on a larger sensor camera so maybe it's still way better but I just wonder. Believe it or not, I'm debating between these two cameras right now. I know the advantages of both, I'm just trying to wrap my mind around what their low light performance would be (specifically when ONLY using that power zoom lens above).

Thanks...

MINI SECONDARY QUESTION: Will the PX270 be able to use a 0.6x wide angle adapter?
