AJ-PX230 or AJ-PX270 Scene files

I just purchased a AJ-PX230 and I am curious if anyone has any scene files for it? I was also wondering if the scene files for the AJ-PX270 can be loaded in this camera because it is so similar? I went with the PX230 because I did not need the LAN connection on the PX270. So far I am happy with it except for the microP2 card pricing and for us event videographers having to purchase two cards (at $600) for most two hour productions seems like price gouging. Yes I could shoot AVC-LongG50 and use SDXC but then I can't have 60P. How bad is AVC-LongG25 for grading and such because that will do 60P on this camera? It seems like if I am going to use that I might as well go back to AVCHD. I know these SDXC cards can handle more because they work fine at high bitrates in my GH4.

I only use AVC-Long and you can do 1080p60 or 720p60. This codec is better than AVC-Intra and AVCHD but is a little more taxing on your system to decode and playback. "How bad" is not the correct way to think about it because it is a 10bit 4:2:2 codec. - quite good. 720p60 will allow 4 hours on a 64Gb card and 1080p60 a little over 2 hours.

P2 is more money because it is a higher level of card. RAIDED redundant chips inside give you more safety although normal SD cards work fine.

Panasonic small sensor cameras have fantastic codecs, but the imagery is less than what I can get out of the Sony cameras I currently use. I've had a 270 since it was introduced. I've used the 270 in setting where a small sensor was ideal with decent results, but the 250 it replaced has a cleaner image in my experience. I've used both on multi camera jobs and the 250 is absolutely cleaner set up the same way. Something went wrong in the 270 "upgrade". My old AF100 looks as good or better than both of them set up the same way!?! Bottom line is a cheaper camera like the Sony A6500 is better than all of them in certain circumstances, controlled lighting, so save your money if that is what you are doing. I have found from extensive reading on this forum, and others, and actual use that Sony sensors are better for controlled lighting than the Panasonic cameras (DVX/HVX/HPX/AJ) I've been using for the last 10 years or so. Currently, my FS7 (especially in S-Log3-Cine and HG7/8) is the best tool for the money and the most requested camera out there by the way... The FS7 and A6500 for "B" camera are what the original Varicam and HVX were of the old days.

That has not been my experience at all. I hire a guy to cover some sporting events that uses a 250. And while I do not know what settings he uses, I see a massive difference in the image quality between the 250 and my 270. I have an a6300 and is makes quite nice images but I would never recommend that camera or that type of camera to replace a "video camera". Close but not the same tool. Nor would I recommend a PX270 for an interview over an a6300 etc... They are just different animals.
