Airbox Macro Softbox -- neutral color?

I'm thinking of getting the Airbox Macro Softbox for my LitePanels MicroPro.
But looking at the photos, it looks like the front surface is yellow. Maybe it's just that the product photo was not properly white-balanced, I can't tell. But I'm looking for diffusion that does NOT alter the color. Anyone seen the Airbox Macro in person?

Yep, it's white. Doesn't look like it alters the color at all.

Thanks Ryan.
Have you been using one? Any regrets? Is it something you would buy again?

The inventor is a friend and former gaffer of mine. He's taken great pains in designing and building the Airbox. The material is very rugged yet easily collapsed for storage. It diffuses quite well and it's easy to attach/detach to the light.. I think it's quite nice and very affordable.

Note: AbelCine doesn't really sell much of the Airbox because we just don't ship a lot of this size product type. But I still think it's a great device.

I was skeptical about the airbox, but after wasting too many stupid fruitless hours trying to make a collapsable one out of cardboard I finally ordered from B&H.
Its a great little trick. Perfect size for my cheap little 312 LED and it makes it quite soft while only losing a stop of light. fast and easy to slip on. Color looks pretty clean to me. Goes on in seconds and collapses right into the little bag the 312 came in - 5 stars.

Tom of Airbox replying here: the front face of the Airbox Macro is Soft Frost, which doesn't have a marked color shift. The reason the front of the Macro looks yellow in those shots is because the front of the softbox would vanish in the image if there wasn't color variation to set it apart. 6000K background light on white seamless, 3200-ish coming out of the LED softbox framed against it, dimmed way way down. Had to be able to see the front membrane of the softbox.

I'm about ready to order a few of the "airbox macro" for my 160 led fixtures. any comments as to the "egg crate" version? also, is there any real advantage to the velveteen material vs the regular and cheaper version?

thanks!
