Ahhh! Bogen is driving me insane

I bought a brand new head for my tripod and I cant get the old tripod head off the legs, no matter much I tighten down the pan screw it just keeps rotating, anyone got any tips?

wd-40. Or a padded clamp/vise. Or both!

What's the model number of your old head?

Did you remove the screws from the bottom of the head?
