AGLA7200 Anamoprhic Adapter Setup help please.

So I thread the adapter onto the front threads, get it snug, and it doesn't align even when I adjust the handscrew.

Has anyone else had this problem and have a fix for it?

What do you mean it doesn't align? You loosen the screw and you can rotate it to any angle, and then tighten it up... are you saying that's not working, and that instead it's either not moving or unthreading from the lens?

After you loosen the screw it doesn't even rotate one quarter turn. I am saying that once it is snug then it doesn't rotate enough to align correctly.
