AG-MYA30G XLR 2 mic setup

Before I go off experimenting, if i want to hook up two lavs (interviewer and interview-ee)
via the AG-MYA30G, which would be the right way.

Would it be have to be two mono lavs?

Aren't all (or at least all XLR) lav's mono?

Just plug the XLR male end into the XLR female end. If the mic needs phantom power, there is a switch for that on the mya30g. Make sure the switch for the ch2 mic is set to ch2 and not ch1/2.
