AG-MSU10P or E

Hi!

I'm looking for a used AG-MSU10 to speed up my field work with my HPX171E. I'm wondering what is the difference between the MSU10P and the MSU10E. I suppose that the first is made for the US market, while the second is for Europe. But what is the difference (apart from the mains plug shape)? In other words: can I use the P version in Europe?

I don't know what the difference is, but I really like our MSU10--makes the P2 workflow much more convenient on set, especially with multiple cameras. The other option is the 4-card USB 3.0 P2 reader. Panasonic really should have come out with an affordable single card USB 3.0 reader long ago.
