I am selling one of my Panasonic HVX 200Ps with many accessories. This was my second camera and I really no longer need a back up, so I’ve put together a very nice package of items that will get you going with some serious film making projects. This camera has been well cared for. I have used it mostly indoors and mostly on my steady cam. I have shot very little with tape; most of my shooting has been digital, so the tape drive has very low hours on it.

Included in this package are the following items:


  • Panasonic AG-HVX200P camera body with lens shade, cover, all dust covers except the ones that go over the XLR mic inputs, and a Bogen quick release plate.
  • Original Battery charger, AC Adapter and 1-Panasonic Original Lithium Ion CGA-D54s 7.2v/5400 Ah battery
  • Series 7 Battery charger, 2 SL-50 Lithium Ion batteries with LED gauge and adapter for camera.
  • Component video cable, S-Video to RCA female cable, Composite video and audio cable.
  • Original operating instructions, the Barry Green “HVX Book” and the Barry Green HVX CD with sample scene files and images for the SD card.
  • Original shoulder strap (unused) and KATA camera cover (like new). Please note: while this cover provides tremendous protection it is not 100% waterproof.
  • Panasonic original remote control with battery (never used).
  • A set of 5 “Warm Cards” including a 100 IRE White, Warm ½, 1, 2, and Minus 1 green for balancing to most fluorescent lights (go to warmcards.com for more info).
  • TDK 60 minute DVC tapes (No P2 Cards are included in this auction).
This camera is in excellent working order; comes in the original box; and is cosmetically a 9+. I used this camera for work on a documentary film, which is almost done. The quality of the image color, sharpness, contrast, is phenomenal from this camera. You could easily shoot work that rivals most broadcast cameras at about 1/3 the weight and much easier to maintain and operate. Like I said earlier, I have another one of these and have no plans to give it up. This is an incredible piece of equipment for the price.
