What is the best way to set up a DVX100B with a AG-LA7200G lens attached to be imported into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and then output to Encore CS4 and recorded to DVD?

What do you mean by "imported"? Capture from tape? Live capture?

Either way, once you have it imported, you'll have to Interpret Footage and change the pixel aspect ratio to 1.21.

To go to Encore, the best way is to send your project through Adobe Dynamic Link.
