DVX100B, Bag, Book, UV Filter and Tapes
I purchased this DVX100B unaware that my school just bought a bunch of new HMC150's this year. Since I have access to these 24/7, I've decided to reinvest this camera. So, up for sale is:
DVX100B: Has 196 hours on it (155 when I purchased). I am the second owner of this camera. The first, a fellow DVXUser.com member, had the unit serviced by Robb's repair in Washington state before I bought it (spent around $250 having the whole camera calibrated and fixed up like new, tape deck and all). Needless to say, the camera is in perfect shape. I have yet to use my head cleaning tape, which is included as well. The previous owner had the UV filter on the camera from the day he took it out of the box and always kept the camera within a case. I have followed these practices, and the only visible wear externally to the camera is on the bottom, the unavoidable mark of a tripod. The lens is unscathed and the heads are in great shape as far as I can tell (I haven't seen any degradation in picture quality from when I first started using it).
So there you have it: DVX100B, with all the accessories a brand new one includes, except the manual and the strap for the lens cap (the strap would only get in the way, and I have the manual pdf I can email), but with head cleaning tape and UV Filter included. The battery is 7.2 5400mAH

Wear and Tear: Everything functions perfectly. The only wear present is aesthetic. On the camera, this would be the faded labels on the bottom. There are also two small scratches on the bottom of the lens hood. On the tiffen UV filter, there is a crack that is outside of the recorded frame and out of sight when mounted (see picture). I have used it in such condition all 40 hours of shooting without any problems.
I paid $1800 for everything here back in August. I'm asking for 2/3 that, $1200. Feel free to ask any questions, or contact me if you'd like to discuss further.
