Afternoon too bright?

I am shooting some footage of football practices. They wear white jerseys and practice in the afternoon. I turned the iris as low as I could but everything is still too bright? Any suggestions?

Try using the built in ND filters, that will help alot.

Kick in a little ND. That should help bring the levels down a little more.
