Once the current rebate for the DVX100b ends what will happen? A new rebate? Price cut? Price increase?

I don't see an increase since the Canon A! will be out.
 
There's no way to know. The rebate has expired at least twice before, I think. First time it went from $200 to $400 (new rebate program even larger than before). Second time the rebate went down (from $400 to $350) but they added InstantHD to the bundle.

So the rebate program might change entirely, or the rebate might be discontinued, or it might stay the same...
 
$400 to $350 plus instand HD = plus $45 in additional software benefit. This is still a great cam.... but up and on as they say.
