After a HVX200? There's one available here

At the risk of starting a posting war, I would say that one should be very suspicious of an eBay consignment firm offering a product like the HVX. I empathize totally with the frustrations that people feel when this great tool is "so close and yet so far." I would certainly ascertain whether the camera is US or non-US. Now, it very well may be that a legit US unit somehow is being sold by an individual who does not care to market it him/herself. But, in my book, the risk of fraud and the risk of gray market is just too great.
