AF101 Glidecam X10 25p filming

Hi there, I am very excited as I have finally got my X-10 and 4000pro balanced up with my new Panasonic AF101 camera. I am due to film a scene following an actor down a street with a 35mm Nikon prime lens. I am new to 25p shooting and wondered if anyone can give me any tips to avoid strobing/stuttering/rolling shutter artefacts such as settings like shutter speed or whether I should shoot 50i and convert in post etc ?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Dont think there is much you can do in post, rehearse your moves even if hand held and make your call either i or p
