Af101 Firmware Updgrade 1.23 (Europe)

Hi guys,

I'm trying to do the latest firmware upgrade in the Af101 but I can't figure out how to get the 25 digits code. Can someone help me?

Edit: Ok, I already figured it out. I've to buy the new upgrade in my reseller and the password will be given to me there. But I didn't knew this before I did the upgrade and I don't intend to pay for it in the next months - the new features are not necessary enough for me to spend the money.

Should I leave like that then, not activated in the camera? This won't cause me any trouble? I had the camera on the 1.14 version of the firmaware before I did the upgrade.

This is a question that probably only Jan or Barry will be able to respond.

I would guess you're fine with not activating it, so just leave it in version 1.23...

On a related note - why do I have to go to a reseller to get this? There's no way to purchase the upgrade online that I can see. I don't know of any resellers in my area, and I bought the cam online (which is where I buy 99% of everything). Why force customers to go to a brick and mortar shop in a day and age where everything should be made available for online purchase - ESPECIALLY when the item is completely digital in nature?? Makes no sense.
