i have a trouble while shooting with a 14/35 olympus zuiko (with the ring),
even if i put the iris on manual, when the exposure changed, the iris is changing too
i go mad with this on the shooting,
please help

Do you perhaps have the auto/manual switch set to auto? If so, it will force the camera into autoexposure even if the iris is set to manual. Is there a green "A" on your LCD display?
