What is the design, ideal color temperature of the AF100?
All cameras have a color temp whereby the blue and red channels are operating mid-range. This is the color temp that should yield the highest signal to noise ratio. For example, the Sony F900R is designed for best performance at 3200K. If will auto-white balance in daylight, but the cleanest picture when shooting in daylight happens when you dial in an #85 filter, then white balance the camera. Optimum performance on a RED One is around 5000K.
If the ideal color temp on the AF100 is 3200K, would there be a benefit to using a #85 color correction filter in front of the lens?
