AF100 vs AF100A model limitations and firmware

The A version has a 2.39:1 safe zone marking and 1080/60p recording available.
It also has what is essentially 8-bit 422 output which is paded to 10-bit.

I have an AF105A (same as AF100A) with only about 75 hours on it that's for sale if you're interested. Besides the 1080/60p recording and "enhanced 10-bit", the "A" version also includes focus zoom that's quite helpful.

How can I get dust spot off the clear filter ?
Can it just be blown off? If not maybe a sensor cleaning swab and fluid
