AF100 VF Rattle

My AF viewfinder makes a rattling noise when moving the camera (by moving I mean picking it up, setting it down, general transporting). Sounds like something needs to be tightened inside, not like a loose part rolling around. My HPX170 never made this sound. Anyone else hear what I'm hearing?

This is the cheapest feeling/constructed VF I've had out of all my Panny cams.
 
Just rotated the diopter counterclockwise, moving the inner lens outward and the rattling stops. Anywhere other than hard counterclockwise and I get the rattle. Of course this setting is totally useless.
 
i had this complaint a few months ago. basically if the diopter is set anywhere in the middle it rattles. Set it to the end points solves the issue.

Cheap VF...feels and sounds (and looks) like its like a hollow chamber inside.
