AF100 SDI output not working

Trying to connect an AF100 to a Panasonic BT-LH1710 monitor but I'm getting no video. All of the settings are correct (SDI output is turned on). The monitor and cable check out good with a different camera. This has worked previously with this monitor and camera but has suddenly quit which leads me to believe it is just a setting. I have checked and changed about every setting on the camera and nothing works. The camera is used by several different people so I'm sure settings have changed since plenty of times. I've reset to factory settings and still no luck. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have hdmi plugged in?
AF101 can have just one digital connection at the time, so either hd-sdi or hdmi.

Have you tried disabling the other outputs temporarily? In Barry's book it states that only 2 (I believe it's only 2 but I don't recall exactly -- don't quote me) outputs can be active at once. So:

-LCD+EVF, no SDI
-LCD+HDMI, no EVF

etc etc...

Try disabling your other outputs and enabling only SDI.

Yes, I've disable the EVF and the LCD screen. Only the SDI output is active. From what I can determine it appears to be an internal failure.
