AF100 lost clip

I was shooting interviews today and ended up with a long clip, maybe 90 mins, and when I went to watch playback, got an error message about repairing a clip, I pushed yes to repair, and it said that it was repaired...but now the clip has disappeared. The card still reads as 14 gigs, so it looks like the footage exists somewhere, but it isn't being seen by camera or comp.....any ideas of a way to salvage it?

I've had this issue before and the AVCCAM Recovery software didn't help me out because of my specific workflow - create an ISO of the card and dump it on a hard drive after shooting, then immediately wipe the card. I ended up going straight to the MTS file and converting using Toast. There didn't seem to be any errors or dropped frames - I think some of the metadata must've been corrupted and prevented it from being seen in Final Cut's Log and Transfer window.

I'd revisit that work flow...it's just not necessary to create an iso of the card and then immediately wipe it -- just copy the PRIVATE folder with all subdirectories/files.

I'm not sure why people tend to over-complicate things. These cards are nothing more than removable storage devices formatted with FAT32 and contain regular computer files.
