AF100 ISO change on the fly?

Is there a way to change the ISO on the fly, instead of changing it in the menu? Almost like a common DSLR.
I tried searching the forums and Google search....I love how I can change the color temp on the fly. Looking for a similar feature for the ISO settings.

You can uae the gain switch but that's only three preset ISOs and to change these you have to go into the menu. It's not even as shockless gain so it wont look pretty when changing.
