AF100 hard mounts

Hey guys
I work alot with custom camera rigs and motion control stuff, and one thing that really excites me about this camera are the removeable pieces and hard mounting points.

I started messing around in CAD. These I thought would be some cool accessories for hard points

-Ki Mini Pro Plate
-Battery Plates
-Permanent 15mm rails on the body (instead of screwed in the 1/4-20)
-Wireless Mic Caddy
-Pistol grip

I wonder if Panasonic is going to release the structural data so we can build stuff?

Looks interesting.

Not sure if building a proprietary rail mount would be worth the time, as there are already many great baseplates available.

I could see something more specialized... cheeseplate for top handle or handgrip... ways to mount wireless audio receivers, a new top handle that adds top rails, etc.

Agreed. I would not invest in a proprietary bottom rail mount that I couldn't be sure would be usable on any other cameras.
