AF100 Deliveries - Should I Buy The Rest of My Kit Now?

Jan, I pre-ordered an AF100, but have held back on lenses and other kit in case production held up an extended length of time or orders were large enough that it might be some extended period of time before I received mine. With the announcement that the first run is 400 units and some posts stating that shipments will get started as promised, can I assume I will be getting my camera in the first batch and expect arrival in the next 2-3 weeks?

That all depends on where you ordered it from, and on how many orders that dealer already has, and how many the dealer placed their orders with panasonic for, etc. Probably best to ask the dealer themselves if you're guaranteed to get one in their first allocation.
