AF100 backpack recommendations

So, after quite some time I'm now a member of the AF100 owners' club. I couldn't pass up a local deal for a mint "used" AF100 with 22 hours on it and I'm waiting for my Olympus 14-35 from B&H.....excited to try it out, but I digress..........

I have quite a few accessories (2x Sennheiser wireless, mp3 recorder, R0DE shotgun, batteries, etc etc and I'd like to buy a backpack for this gear...here are the requirements:

-internal dimensions should be minimum 18" x 20"
-it must be heavily customizable as far as compartments are concerned.
-it must lie flat so I can lie it down, unzip it..access my things, then put them back, zip it up, and throw it on my back
-it should not fit the AF100....just the accessories + a lens...I'll get a separate bag for the body

Alternatively, a hard case with wheels that will hold everything may suffice also.

I know there's a tonne of bags out there and googling is pointless...what do YOU use and how do you like it?

+1 to Erik's Streetwalker - holds 6 lenses of varying sizes, filters, a GH2 and a bunch of other stuff nicely. The only downside is not having a blank compartment for holding hats, water bottles etc.

I have the Kata HB-207 and really like it. It's a hiking style backpack, but I'll use it to get around the city on foot or metro. It'll hold my AF100, GH1, a couple small/medium lenses, wireless lav, Zoom recorder, and laptop. The bag lays flat and is really easy to access equipment. It's also semi-rigid so I don't feel like anything will get crushed in it.
