AF100 and use of standard bridge plates

As the AF100 is a camera designed to take 35mm lenses be they 4/3 mount, PL or whatever, has the design taken into account the use of 19mm or 15mm bridge plates for follow focus, matte box etc or are we relying on 3rd parties to design risers to make them fit. What size of whitworth tripod plate screw receptor(s) does the current pre production model have?

You'll have to use 3rd party risers. The tripod hole is probably 1/4" 20

I hope the Zacuto plates have sufficient adjustment to bring the lens into center with standard matte boxes and follow focus units.

It's already got it. It has a 3/8", and a 1/4"-20, with the attendant tripod "positioning hole". So there are three sockets on the bottom.
