AF100 + AF100A... any image differences?

I'm going to be renting an A model for a 2-cam shoot along with my 'original flavor' AF, both in-camera recording.

Assuming close-match lensing and lighting, are there any significant differences in the way the A looks with identical scene file settings? Can I just plug in settings, white balance, and go?
 
Only difference would be if you were shooting externally to a recorder. The Af100 is 8-bit out and the Af100a is a pseudo-10-bit out (via some sort of dithering). It would be hardly noticeable at best. Maybe on a shot of empty sky or a solid colored wall.
