AF 100 Self White Balancing

Hi, I've read that some users when doing interviews with the camera let the camera self white balance. How is this technique done, and what does this do to the color temp? I mean, do you just point the camera at the talent, choose one of the channels and then press the WB button.

If you're talking about auto white balance, then DON'T DO IT.

If you're talking about ATW then set your WB switch to either A or B and press the white balance button. You can also assign one of your user buttons to ATW lock, I believe.
