AF-100 on a gimbal

Anyone out there put an AF-100 on a gimbal like the Ronin yet? I've got an opportunity to rent the Ronin but I need to make sure it will fit before I rent the thing. I know it will hold the weight, and with the top & side handles removed, I *think* it will fit but am not 100% positive. What worries me is EVF hitting the back horizontal support piece.

Can anyone with access to a Ronin confirm that the AF will fit?

I still do not know. I have a project coming up that might (fingers crossed) have budget for renting a Ronin, so hopefully I'll be able to test, unless somebody can chime in earlier and let me know for sure.

Seeing as you're renting why not go with a lighter weight gimble like the Movi 10. 3.4lbs without camera vs 9.3 for the Ronin. You might be holding it for a while.
