AF 100 footage with $30 lens

These old nikkors certainly have a nicer character than the modern digital lenses.

We are starting to get to know ours quite well ....and all their unique attributes (and issues)

Enjoyed 'Marley' and the 50mm lens but even more so, your video titled 'Nurses'.

Having flown into Bethel years ago on a shoot, I can appreciate and remember the hardships of the people living there. Your story is a sensitive look into the community and it's people, well shot and well edited. Good job! I would encourage you to post that video on this forum for others to see.

I agree, the nursing video was pretty stinkin' good.

Charming vid. At 45secs I'm usually shouting at my dogs "no no no!", followed by "just know there's a bath coming" :) And gotta love the random running just prior.

Nice use of diegetic sound. The shutter seemed off the 180 in a couple of places? And a couple of exposure issues too. It'll be nice when these cams do 10 or 12 bit to card.

Another +1 for your nurses vid - well constructed and engaging. Thanks for sharing!

SHOOTER! Thank you for your time and commitment to this forum I have enjoyed following your commentary. Look forward to sniffing out some old nikkors when I can visit a city. Your insight and recommendations are greatly appreciated.
