Hello,
I just updated the firmware on my AF-100 and I didn't get quite was expecting. The firmware version was 1.15 and I was going to update to 1.23 in preparation for 1.24 (I haven't yet purchased the activation code). Once I finished the update process, I saw that the version ended up being 1.24.
I was on the update information page on the Panasonic website, and I made sure to click on the link that advised me that 1.23 was needed first. I downloaded the file from the page that link brought me to.
So does anyone know if they rolled 1.23 into 1.24? The super duper features of 1.24 still need activation, but although I haven't shot anything yet, the camera doesn't seem to be acting strange. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether I might have bricked or semi-bricked my camera? And if I might have, are previous firmware versions available?
I'm going to shoot some test footage, but I wanted to check here to see if anyone else has experienced this.
Dave
