I can shoot and edit video juts fine, BUT Im not really great at graphics, so
Im wondering how, or what the best way for me to create rolling credits for the beginning and end of a video piece.

Im just using final cut express 4 Haven't seen away to do this, so far.
Any suggestions? Anyone out there creating something unique and different?
Not a graphics person at all,

I shot a seminar , basic stuff and need to put something at the beginning and end
of the seminar.

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0. It has a default scrolling title built in. Check your settings and see if Final Cut has a scrolling title setting.
 
go into photoshop, or some image editing software, and make a very long page with your credits on it, then put it into fc and have it move up.

i'm also a premiere user, but i assume all video editing software can make an image move up.
 
Final cut express has the scrolling credits so just use that.
click the "T" letter thing in the window you see in FC and you should be able to type in anything you want.
make sure you click the Scroling. not the Text because you want it to scrol right.
