Advice on how to learn AVID

I am a FCP user switching over to Avid, just wondering if you guys have any sites or tutorials that would be helpful in the switch. I hope to upgrade to 6 soon but for now I am learning on 3.5
 
I started off with the Lynda tutorials. Do them all. Twice. They are the best way to cover your base knowledge.
 
Buy an Avid keyboard or keyboard cover or stickers. Start using Avid every day. The bet way to learn any edit software (or most things, for that matter) is to simply use it, and use it a lot.
