I'm working on turning in an entry for my Colleges film festival. My entry is a series of five previews (action, suspense, mystery/drama, zombie, and documentary/horror). I have all of the final cut projects and now I need to combine them and then render them. My problem is that some of the projects are 24fps 1080p and some are 60fps 720p (I'd like the final output to be 24fps). On top of that, I edited some of the projects on my computer, and my roomate edited some of the other projects, I don't have all the final cut plugins so I can't render his projects even though I have all the footage. Is there some way I can get my roomate to render his projects from his final cut with minimal quality loss? Once I'm done, what's the best way to get good quality HD footage onto vimeo or Youtube? Any advice would be a huge help. Thanks!
P.S. Most of the footage was shot on a GH2 and then transfered into final cut using the Log and Transfer feature.
