Advice on developing a Web Show utilizing GoPros (or other operation free cameras)

We are developing a web show that takes place in a vehicle. There will be a driver who is the host, a co-host who sits in the back or front passenger seat, and a guest, who will sit in the back of the vehicle.

We are planning to utilize GoPros filming inside the car to get a variety of angles, we are looking at about four GoPros. We would also need to capture clean and proper audio in the vehicle. In some instances, we will be parked up close to a building with WiFi so we will require the ability to have the show streamed live to a web host.

I'd like to find out what you guys would recommend is the most effective solution to pull this off in an visual capacity (multi camera, no operator required) and an audio capacity (clean audio for all persons in the vehicle), that will be easy to be taken into editing. We are using Premiere Pro CS6.0. Also, a solution to facilitate the show being Live and streaming over the internet would be good as well.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Does this show have a budget? How big is this vehicle?
If you're in a moving car, wired lav mics into a (hidden?) field recorder or what-have-you would probably get the best sound.
If you're cutting it later, you'll probably just want to record onto the GoPros and load the footage when it's done. I think GoPros have a mic built in, yeah? You could sync to the field recorder tracks with PluralEyes and there you go.
Unless you want to record all 4 streams to an Odyssey7Q with the new upgrade or something but that'd take conversion to SDI which adds cost and another thing in the chain to go wrong.

For the streaming part...I don't know what you want to do. Is somebody live-switching the cameras and streaming that? Do you want to just use one hero camera? Streaming is sort of a complicated issue with a lot of caveats if you want a clean signal.
