Advice for shooting with Opteka Titanium Fisheye on dvx100?

Despite all the warnings, my friend and I went and bought an opteka fisheye and have immediately run into problems. The lens collects dust like no other. Don't know if this could be cause of Arizona weather or the dark purplish color of the Opteka fisheye just making the dust more apparent. What can we do to reduce this besides cleaning every thirty seconds?
Second question is what kind of filters/polarizers are recommended for fisheye filming to reduce the sun glare and infamous blue vignetting of the Opteka fisheye?
Last but not least, when we playback footage I notice the vignetting actually shake eccentrically in all of our shots. Is this supposed to happen, is it because we're using thread mounts, is it fixable?

I've got lots of questions as I'm new to using prosumer cameras, so if anyone could answer any of these I would greatly appreciate it.thanks
 
The Vignetting is bouncing around because you need to have the optical stabilizer option off on the camera when the fisheye is attached
 
thanks.I figured that out a while ago.Im still having trouble getting the vignetting to look right because the plastic piece that has the bayo mounts and screw mounts has a small chunk missing so i have way more vig on the lefthandside. Anyone know where I can order this piece?
