Advice for editing 3 different formats in FC

Hey folks, I'm currently working on a documentary for a class and have unfortunately stumbled into using 3 different cameras. A DVX100B, an HPX170P and my Canon 7D. Now, aside from the DVX footage which I am honestly trying to either get thrown out the window or used in some title sequence that won't require it being blown up in an HD timeline...what would be the best way to work with both the 720/60p DVCPRO footage from the HPX and the Apple ProRes (post H264 conversion) from the 7D? Would it be wise to put everything I've shot on the Panasonic through something like MPEG Streamclip and additionally convert it to ProRes? Or should I go back and downconvert the 7D footage to match the HPX?

Any advice is welcomed, thank you thank you thank you.

Convert the 7D footage to DVCProHD using ClipWrap2 or Toast 9/10 or MPEG Streamclip.

You wouldn't be "downconverting" h.264 to match DVCProHD, would you? h.264 isn't a robust as DVCProHD.
