I've not tried this, and am re-posting this information un-tested. I I figured it might help the adventurous, or possibly cause a few people to screw up their camera.
The advanced engineering menu for the HD100 can be accessed by:
Press Focus Assist and Status at the SAME time
After a few seconds release Focus Assist
You can then access to the system files.
