$500 for the license and downloaded installers for Production Premium CS 5. I purchased this as download-only, no discs. I can deliver via Dropbx or mail you a set of DVD-Rs with the installer files. This puts you in the upgrade path for CS6 or the big first-year discount on Creative Cloud.
I have an open ticket with Adobe for the license transfer so you will wind up with a fully-licensed and supported Production Premium Creative Suite CS5, which includes:
Adobe® Photoshop® CS5 Extended
Adobe® Illustrator® CS5
Adobe® Flash® Catalyst™ CS5
Adobe® Flash® Professional CS5
Adobe® Premiere® Pro CS5
Adobe® After Effects® CS5
Adobe® Soundbooth® CS5
Adobe® OnLocation™ CS5
Adobe® Encore® CS5
Adobe® Bridge CS5
Adobe® Device Central CS5
Adobe® Media Encoder CS5
Adobe® Extension Manager
Adobe® Dynamic Link
