Adobe Premiere pro Nikon D90 problems

Hi everyone I am trying to export a file I been working on and every time I export the video file to my desktop it seems to be cropped and the quality isnt as good as the original source Does anyone know why this happens? I tried every format and codec and it still does not save as 1280 x 720... I was able to save it as 1280 x 720 but there are black borders on all sides.. can anyone please help me with this problem? Thanks :beer:
 
I have been using Quick time and Windows format at NTSC Widescreen and also the 720p at 1280 x 720 and I still get the same bordered and low quality.. does anyone have the correct way of exporting the video? thanks :(
 
Yeah I understand but I just want to know what size I should start the file on and what size i should save it as on premiere or any other program :zombie_smiley:
 
Cause I have seen everyone else upload their video on youtube and other video sites already edited and it looks perfect :(
