Adobe Onlocation Question

im using adobe onlocation and im connected via FireWire. I have the PC Mode on, and OL still says "No Video Imput Found" What do i need to do to get this to work?

I had a client a couple of weeks ago who was using On Location to capture live from my 300. He had the same problem and just by restarting his PC laptop it recognized the camera's output.
