Adobe onlocation dvcpro 50

I am hiring a studio tomorrow and i am going to take my laptop with me to record from the studio camera DVX 200 as they only have 2 4gig cards.

I want to record in dvcpro 50 using adobe onlocation. Will this work ?? The help files in onlocation only mention DVCPRO HD...

Do i need the p2 drivers ??

Yes it'll work, and no you don't need the P2 drivers.

The shoot went ok but i found that Adobe ultra virtual set preview dos not work with DVCPRO50. I had to change the camera to DV to preview my shots in ultra.

Then when i wanted to record in DVRAC/ On Location i had to change the camera back to DVCPRO50 !!!

Yeah, Ultra needs a few upgrades to make it fully integrated with CS3...
