Adobe NEW Forums - Shambolic!

What a mess Adobe have made of the NEW User to User Forums.

I have been a long time user and subscriber but I can not get back in no matter what I do.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
 
Are you saying you can't get in at all? I can get in but at first the performance was so bad that I just quit trying to use it for a week or so. It's better now but still sluggish and so far I see no advantage in the new forum format.

The biggest irritation for me is that it insisted on merging my forum account with my adobe store account. It's wiped out my old forum screen name in favor of one it must be deriving from an email account and it won't let me switch back.

It is a mess.

Same scenario here and it repeatedly asks me for a new screen name and wont even accept a new one (even though it is available). !

Its a nuisance because I have some issues with new CS3 software that I need to resolve urgently.

Perhaps if you post your issues, someone may be able to address them. I recently upgraded to CS3 and am interested in learning any of the problems.
 
The Adobe forums got worse? How did they manage that?


Seriously, it was so hard to find any good info on the old one. I haven't tried the new one yet.

I got in eventually but it was at the cost of my identity.

New screen name (nickname) now.

It is still shambolic with clumsy navigation and far to many sub forums all diluting and dispersing the information all over the forum.
