Next helpful item is this adjustable mount. I've always suggested that people go with a Manfrotto 2905 "umbrella mount" to give their lights articulation... those are about $30... then I suggested an Avenger F825 as an alternate... Jarred also suggested the Avenger Baby Plate for the DIY flo lights (same part)... and that runs around $30 also. I myself have bought DOZENS of both of those same parts!

Well THIS is the solution for that need... both of the Manfrotto/Avenger parts give articulation in one axis only... this gives full variable angle and positioning, plus it holds much more securely with a lot less effort. These mounts are good for 50 LBS!

I have a very limited supply of these since they typically run between $59-$66... (I bought a bunch and got them cheaper) and it's been a busy shooting year and I haven't been able to focus as much on my lighting and other projects as I've wanted to... so I'm thinning my stock. These were originally a $75 option on the lights.

I've only got about 10 of these to sell...

These are made from coated aluminum, including the clamps, with the exception of the knobs, which are plastic composite. They are extremely heavy duty mounts good for 50 lbs capacity.

The mount on the left, with stock knob (the SHINY KNOB NOT the textured knob laying down) is $49 each as you see it pictured. The mounting plates are 2" x 6" and the center clamping mechanism (which clamps the two rubberized aluminum balls) is 3.5"... fully extended the two plates are about 5.5" apart from outter surface to outter surface... the mount can be adjusted to have the two plates as close as 2.75" apart... and obviously the mount can position anything up to 50 lbs in any angle and hold it securely at that angle.

I'm using several of these in various functions... for my skater, my cablecam, and for lighting. You can easily put a quick release plate on one of these and have an easy on/off mount for your cam for any of those uses.

The textured knob is a $1.50 option... your choice, I like them so I bought 'em.

The mount on the right is one where I cut off one plate, then drilled and tapped the ball and used red locktite to semi-permanently attach a Manfrotto 3102 stud adapter... Those stud adapters are $14 from B&H so if you want me to do that for your mount then just add $14. No charge for the labor.

I'm also going to have a few reflectors for sale... I'll post those later... (I gotta' get some work done...)
