No, it's there guys - I saw it too when I was editing. The shot above is an uncompressed grab from my FCP ProRes 422 timeline - reduced 50% in size. You can see the slight blue/purple cast in the highlights, no question. I think the re-compression that Vimeo and YouTube do just enhances it.

It's more or less just something we have to live with, as far as I know. And honestly, it's not that big a deal for me. Others, I'm sure, will disagree... :)

Thanks for the confirmation. Barry is there some sort of filter to loose that cast, or is that something that can be pulled out through Apple's Color application, in the primary room, highlights?
 
Would that cast be present with better lenses? Barry..?

What about those Zeiss ZF primes with the P+S Technik Mini35C..?
