Add PAL capability through Panasonic?

A friend just mentioned hearing something about Panasonic offering to add PAL frame rates to your HMC150 for a modest fee, if you register the camera and send it to them for the upgrade. Anyone have any info?

P.M. Jan Crittenden (sp?)... she's one of the big wigs at Panasonic Broadcast and she's a member here. She should be able to answer your question, or at least point you in the right direction.
 
It would be interesting to know what a 'modest' fee would be.

I bought 3 HMC151s because I needed 50hz for the day job but wanted the 60hz for Stock work too. By the time I'd could ship a 150 from B&H to the UK and paid shipping, duty & taxes the price difference was not that great. So I bought the 151 and got the 3 years local warranty instead.
 
Panasonic can upgrade an HPX300 into an HPX301 (adding PAL/NTSC switchability) and they can upgrade an HPX170 into an HPX171 (adding PAL/NTSC switchability). I haven't heard of any program for upgrading an HMC150.
