Adapting Arri FF to work with 15mm rod system

I own an Arri 35mm Follow Focus and want to adapt it to a 15mm rod system. Without spending too much money, how would you do it? I've looked at a few possibilities, but would love some feedback from you all.

This would ultimately be used with an AF100.

If you're talking about going to 15mm Studio spacing to 15mm LWS off-set w/riser, Abel-Cinetech has an adapter for around $250 or so. Zacuto probably has something as well.

Well, Zacuto has the Zacuto Jeep.

It converts 15mm lightweight (60mm spacing), to 15mm studio (100mm spacing) and 19mm studio (104mm spacing).

I thought the Zacuto Jeep or a similar item would do the trick. Wasn't sure if only one would be strong enough to maintain stability.
