Accidentally formatted FS-100 before organizing P2

I shot a hlaf days worth of footage onto my FS-100 firestore and when I navigated to the screen where I would normally choose "Organize P2" I was distracted by someone and accidentally chose to format the drive. AAAAAAgggh! So I have used an app from Stellar Phoenix that looks as though it will be able to recover the raw files from the Fire Store. Has anyone suffered through this snafu and if so were you able to recover the data? I got a one line response from Focus Enhancements that just said "If you formatted the files, they are gone" which is obviously not true because I have restored them. My question (other than if anyone has already been through this) is how can I organize the P2 data? I am praying to the almighty that someone else here has already been down this road and will be able to help. Thanks.

If it restores the directory structure properly, you can probably still use "organize p2". But if not, you can still piece the files together; here's an article I wrote up a while ago on how to do exactly that.

I have retrieved the folder with the raw files as well as the log directory. Just so I know I'm doing this correctly, what's the best method to put them back on the Firestore?

I'm not sure what you mean -- you recovered them on the firestore, right? So they're already on the firestore...
