GH2 Accessing slow shutter speeds in Creative Movie Mode?

I'm shooting 720P60 on an NTSC GH2, and presently I'm unable to select shutter speeds any lower than 1/30s. Is it possible to use slower speeds... if so what's the trick to accessing them? I suspect I'm missing something realy obvious here, so be gentle. Thanks.

with my gh1 i have to switch to manual focus to get slower shutter speeds. so focus then switch then adjust
