About the Gini Korean Rig, need help URGENT

I'm sorry if I posted on the wrong forum, but I really need your help.

I bought this Gini RIG on Ebay on 08/12 and I had problems with the brazilian mail... I think they lost the package and like 2 months later they returned to the sender!

So I sent him a message but he doesn't repond. I just need ONE thing, his mailing address, I know some people bought this rig from him, and I just need his name and address.

If someone can send me a PM would be great,

Please, this is VERY important, I need this to sue the brazilian mail. I can't do nothing without the name and address of the seller. I know some people here bought this rig...why can't you help me out?

Have you tried to go through ebay to see if there is any possible recourse on their end?

I have not purchased anything from the gini rig guy, but just thought I'd ask you that as people may be cautious of giving out others addresses over a forum board.

anyway I hope you get it figured out.
 
Yeah man try ebay, and I hope you paid with paypal - transactions are usually insured with either one. You have to open a claim and wait a while, but worth the wait.

but unfornutaley it's too late to filling a case on Ebay, ... there's nothing I could do on Ebay I think.
 
did anyone find a phone number for this guy, I am waiting on an order and haven't heard anything for a couple weeks so I need to contact him asap as well...

if your emailing him remember to use a translator so you can send the message in both english and south korean.

i ordered a few months ago from the UK and i received my package 4 days later.
after 3 days i did email them in both english and south korean as to when should i expect delivery, got an email back later that day with the ups tracking number.

i had a good experience with ordering from g-cinema but i hear others didn't. previously i had a hard time trying to get any information out of indisystems about the rig i had ordered, i think they just like to hide and ignore emails when they get busy, but saying that i've heard good things about indisystems too.
